In order to do senior survey, you have to make sure that all of the seniors get access to this. The best way to do this is to create a google form. Include boxes for people to fill in such as full name (first and last) and spaces for people to put their first choice activity and how many years they did this, second choice activity and how many years they did this, and third choice activity and how many years they did this.
Include a paragraph at the top saying that the years should include their senior year for activities that they plan to do. Also include that the activities should only be school sponsored activities such as clubs and sports and other things. It should not include sports done outside of school or any community activities. If it includes anything that is not a school sponsored event, you can delete the entry or ask them to redo it or do not include their entries. You have to make sure that this is accessible to everyone and that they have plenty of time to do this. Continue to tweet the link and ask the trt if she can put a link to the google form on the desktop computers. During the beginning of the year when seniors are still in the auditorium for early release, go around and ask people then and write it on a piece of paper and transcribe it later. Make sure that you create the survey really early in the year so that people have plenty of time do to it. People will procrastinate, and it takes a really long time to manually enter all of the entries, so give yourself plenty of time.
Once the google form closes, make sure to continue to let people give you their information if they ask. The next step is to come up with a code for each of the things that people entered. The key to this code will go next to the not pictured list at the end of the senior section. Once you have this list, you can manually enter the senior activities under the names of the seniors in the people pages. This will take a lot of time and messing around with font sizes and spacing so that everything fits. When you are writing in the activities, make sure and put the code and the number of years that the person did the activity for. It is really important to put the activities in the order that the people put on the survey.
